Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. We do our best to ship all orders arrive within 2-4 business days. SHIPPING should take 2-3 business days in Florida, 3-5 for the rest of the country. All orders are shipped using USPS Parcel Post & Priority mail. Tracking will be provided upon shipment.

Rates are determined by weight of package and shipping location at checkout. All orders $50+ are shipped free.

Tracking Your Package
To track your Items, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #. Then simply go to www.USPS.com & track your package. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to email us at DCDsales305@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We as merchants are not liable for any lost/stolen or incorrect addresses merchandise, once we ship the item, USPS is responsible for shipment. For lost/ stolen packages please track your goodies ,refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #. Then you must call USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number for further information. USPS will look into it and help you locate it as soon as possible.
